The Team
Eric
Founder, CEO, and DTC Startup Specialist
Eric is a data driven decision maker with a focus on growth performance and ROI and specializes in working with startup brands entering the marketplace. Eric has held several positions within small to medium sized (SMB) media buying agencies that specialize in direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising with an emphasis on performance marketing.
Eric started his career within an operations role managing direct response campaign data flows and call centers. Later in Eric’s career when he was President of an agency, he fell in love with the innovational side of agency operations again. Eric used his media experience to develop media optimization automations, created unique in-house KPI’s for internal performance measurement, and developed a powerful AI software that predicted the outcome of future media buys within 90% confidence levels.
Eric spent a portion of his career within client facing marketing roles where he managed direct response TV ad campaigns. His expertise was implementing linear TV ad campaigns, ranging from 15 second spots to Long Form Informercials (a.k.a. Paid Programming). During this time Eric successfully launched and grew over 250 brands from incubation to household name and into retail through cost effective and profitable remnant TV media buying strategies.
During the mid-2000’s, as the internet evolved and digital advertising was born, Eric began to implement offline methods of advertising to his arsenal to create omnichannel direct response strategies, and again, successfully created more household names for hundreds of disruptor brands alike. Eric’s successes lead him to a Vice President of Media role in the mid 2010’s where he managed the entire agency’s online and offline media capabilities. As OTT and Advanced TV started to emerge, Eric integrated these capabilities into the agency and built software to support them.
During the 2020’s, Eric took a role of President for a direct marketing agency, were he led and innovated the agency to success. He oversaw 35 employees and implemented 4 new revenue streams into the agency, with annual sales in the $45M to $75M range. Eric has a special knack for keeping agencies relevant in a highly competitive space. Launching cutting edge capabilities to service their clientele, fostering client relations, leading new business, as well as building out proprietary technologies.
Jamie
Partner, CMO, and Branding Specialist
Jamie has held several positions at independent agencies as well as global agencies such as Publicis and Omnicom. Jamie is extremely experienced in all forms of advertising including production and integrated media and specializes in a holistic big brand approach to marketing.
Jamie began her career at a large independent agency where she implemented public relations (PR) plans for several government and consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients. Her work included pitching and managing production as well as implementing TV, Radio, Print, and online media campaigns.
During the 2010’s, Jamie ventured into the world of experiential marketing with another major independent agency and managed the entire function for a major automotive client. Jamie negotiated massive deals with professional sports teams for the entire western U.S. region. Her holistic experiential marketing campaigns consisted of TV, radio, print, social, in-stadium signage, and in-stadium events. Her work led her to be headhunted by a Publicis ad agency to launch their experiential division for a competitive automotive luxury brand. During this time Jamie tripled the brand’s western area exposure and won Ex Awards for her work 3 years in a row.
Conquering the experiential domain, Jamie then transitioned to a client management role where she led an automotive brand’s entire advertising campaign. She was responsible for $50M ad budgets and led the media planning and buying across linear and streaming platforms, as well as managed the brand’s search, digital, and analytics.
In the 2020’s, Jamie had an opportunity at an Omnicom creative agency to work with a massive telecom client. As Vice President Jamie managed the creative concepting and production for TV, Social, Audio, Print, Out of Home (OOH), Display, and other digital assets. From script to screen Jamie managed multimillion dollar production projects to achieve her clients brand messaging and performance goals.
